We have been working so hard preparing for our Egypt Day! I hope that you all are able to come see your child. Our class is on the front row! They are so excited about the program and all of the songs! They are precious! Also, if you see Mrs. Copeland (Madison's mom), tell her "Thank you." She cut the pillowcases and spray painted her heart out! I know I could not have done all that she has for us!

We are very excited about all of our Flat Stanleys that we are getting back. The people we sent them to were wonderful hosts to Stanley, and did an awesome job taking pictures and showing him around! I cannot thank them enough for taking on that project to help us learn about other communities!
Also, I would like to congratulate Haley, Alyssa, and Aubrey for being top entertainment guide sellers. The class sould enough that we are a top selling classroom. We are having a breakfast to honor the top sellers. We cannot wait to see who will get the big prizes. Parents, thank you so much for all of your help with the fundraiser!

Yesterday we had a wonderful time feeding the fish at the pond! The fish were very hungry. It was so neat to see how close the fish would come up, and we were all so surprised to see just how large all of the fish are. So boys and girls even saw a few turtles. I put together a photo book of our adventure. I hope you enjoy it, and have a great day!

Monday was a very exciting day! Deon's Flat Stanley came back from his trip to North Carolina. He brought us back pictures from his trip, as well as, pencils from the University of North Carolina. The most exciting thing that happened to Stanley on his trip was that a basketball player used the air from his basketball to inflate Stanley again!!
